John Godber Centre

In the heart of Hucknall you will find the John Godber Centre, named after Rev Canon John Godber MA, which has served the community since 1906.

It has an amazing sprung dance floor and is host to our Wednesday weekly class night and our regular freestyles.

Please bring your own non-alcoholic drinks for class nights. Water is also available. There is a licensed bar for Fri/Sat freestyles.  Please do not bring alcohol (licensing laws)

Travel and Parking

The venue is located near the middle of Hucknall, not far from M1 Junction 27, just off the Annesley Road, close to Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield, Mansfield and Newark.

There's a large car park to the rear which is free after 6pm.

Please use the top/car park entrance.

We're about 11 minutes walk from Hucknall Tram Stop: walk south-west on Station Rd towards Linby Rd, turn right onto Torkard Way, at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Baker St, turn right immediately onto Ogle St, the John Godber Centre is on the left.
