CEROC NOTTINGHAM - The Ascension Freestyle

Description

The Ascension Freestyle starts with upbeat Ceroc music so you can really get your groove going, we then "Ascend" to smooth expressive music, the music slows down and you have the opportunity to dance to slower genres of dance, like Silc (or Blues, West Coast) and also dance very expressively.

The Ascension event is getting more and more popular, and we have quite a few very talented dancers joining us every time.

If you are a Ceroc dancer who wishes to try out dancing to slower music, this freestyle is perfect: you get your fill of dancing to upbeat Ceroc style music and then you can stay as long as you wish into the latter part of the event.

Cotgrave is a village not far from the A46 to the south and east of Nottingham. The Concert Hall has a large "proper" dance floor, there is room for plenty of tables and chairs off the dance floor and there is a licensed bar. (Please do not bring your own alcohol)
